Step 2: Submit Their Details

Step 3: We’ll handle the Rest 

Once your friend signs up to build with us you’ll receive a $250 voucher as soon as the slab does

down.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all existing clients of Prestige Homes and Granny Flats. Both the referrer (existing client) and referred client must be over the age of 18. 

REFERRAL REQUIREMENTS

  • To qualify, the referred individual must be a new client who has not previously engaged with or contracted services from Prestige Homes and Granny Flats.
  • The referred client must mention the referrer’s name at the time of their initial enquiry or consultation. 

QUALIFICATION OF VOUCHER

  • The referred client’s building project must reach the “slab down” stage to qualify the referrer for the gift voucher
  • The referrer will receive the $250 gift voucher within 30 days if the referred client’s project reaching this stage. 

GIFT VOUCHER DETAILS

  • The $250 gift voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Prestige Homes and Granny Flats reserves the right to select the retailer or provider for the gift voucher

LIMITATIONS

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a single referrer can make. Each eligible referral resulting in a project reaching the “slab down” stage qualifies for a separate $250 gift voucher.
  • Only one referrer per referred client is eligible for the voucher. 

MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

  • Prestige Homes and Granny Flats reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated via our website or directly to participating clients. 

MISCELLANEOUS

  • by participating in this promotion, the referrer agrees to these terms and conditions.
  • Prestige homes and granny flats is not responsible for any issues or delays related to voucher delivery caused by third-party vendors
